The Houston Texans have
been in the league since
2002. Under Dom Capers and
franchise quarterback David
Carr the Texans have
failed to post a winning record
in their first 3 seasons. There
have been some steps going
on in Houston to change
things and fans may now
have
something to look forward.
Houston has hired Gary
Kubiak as their coach. Also,
due to their poor
2005 record they have
the rights to the top pick in
